THE FIRST PAID TIME
OFF FOR “PETS PARENTS”

Today over 75% of people consider their pets to be like children yet there’s no specific leave policy that enables them to spend quality time with their new companions during those crucial moments. At Royal Canin we understand the importance of bringing a new pet into the family and we’re dedicated to supporting pet owners through this important transition.

That’s why we became the first company to offer Peternity Leave allowing all employees at Royal Canin to take paid time off when a new puppy or kitten arrives. And we didn’t stop there we also invited all companies to join us starting with those in the Mars Group which includes Royal Canin. We are providing access and legal support to guide them on how to apply for the leave.
